Since the earliest that DVC Members can make a reservation is 11 months out from check-in, this is the optimal time to start booking because availability is best. Booking early is especially helpful if you’re looking to reserve a popular resort, date, or room type.
For example, booking a Deluxe Studio at Copper Creek during the holidays can be a tough reservation to get if you don’t book early since there are relatively few Deluxe Studios at Copper Creek, and the resort itself is extremely popular when all the Christmas decorations are up.
At the time this blog is being written (April 2026), you can plan for as far out as March 2027. What If You Can’t Plan That Far in Advance?
