How It Works
Create a DVC Rental Store Account
Complete our Member Signup Form and log in to your newly created account.
Login to the Account Center to Sign Documents & Set Up Your Dashboard
Within the Account Center, we’ll collect a few pieces of basic contact and payment information from you, including our intermediary agreement and a W-9 tax form to sign.
Add Your DVC Points or Confirmed Reservation
Whether you have points on hand or a confirmed reservation already booked, we’d be happy to help you rent out either option!
We Get to Work Finding a Guest for Your Reservation
As soon as you add your points or confirmed reservation, our Member Relations Team will get to work looking for Guests to match these with. Once we find a match for your points, if you are interested in moving forward, we will send you booking instructions for you to book the reservation in the Guest’s name.
Confirm Your Reservation & Receive 75% Payment Upfront
After you book the reservation, we’ll send you 75% of your payment up front, and the latter 25% when the Guest checks in. And that’s it!
