How It Works
Create Your DVC Rental Store Account
Complete our quick Member Signup Form to create your account and get started renting your points.
Sign Documents & Set Up Your Dashboard
Log in to your Member Center to provide basic contact and payment details, sign your intermediary agreement, and complete your W-9 tax form.
Add Your DVC Points or Confirmed Reservation
Have points available or a reservation already booked? Add either option to your account and start exploring rental opportunities.
Browse Open Listings & Claim a Guest Request
Once your account is set up, you can browse our Open Listings page to view active Guest requests that match your points. When you find a reservation you’d like to fulfill, simply claim it, and we’ll immediately send you the Guest details and booking instructions. Our Member Relations Team is always available to answer questions and guide you through the process every step of the way.
Confirm Your Reservation & Receive 75% Payment Upfront
Once you’ve secured the reservation, we’ll send you 75% of your payment upfront and the remaining 25% after your Guest checks in. That’s it!
