Stress-Free Cancellation Policy
Our Stress-Free Cancellation Policy is built into every reservation to give you added peace of mind should unforeseeable circumstances interfere with your vacation plans. The Stress-Free Cancellation Policy issues credits you can use toward a future DVC rental. You can utilize these credits up to two years from the original travel dates. The amount of your credit is based on how far in advance you cancel your reservation and how much you’ve already paid.

Cashback Protection Policy
For those who prefer a cash refund, our Cashback Protection Policy offers an added level of flexibility for an additional protection fee. Depending on when you cancel, you can receive a refund directly to your original payment method. The refund amount is determined by how far in advance the cancellation is made and the payment you’ve already completed. This policy ensures you have the option to get a portion of your money back in cash instead of a credit.
