DVC Members sometimes have points they aren’t planning to use, and those points can be rented to guests for stays at Disney Vacation Club resorts. This gives you the opportunity to stay in Deluxe Disney accommodations, while the DVC Member uses their points to book your reservation.

What is the cancellation policy for renting DVC points?
All reservations include our Stress-Free Cancellation Policy, providing added peace of mind should unforeseeable circumstances interfere with your vacation plans. We also offer a Cash Back policy for those looking for additional protection on their vacation.
Can I modify a DVC rental reservation after booking?
Travel dates, resort, room type and villa category generally cannot be changed once a DVC rental reservation has been confirmed. However, you can request certain updates, such as adding or removing guests, submitting room location or celebration requests, or adding options like the Disney Dining Plan.

What if my preferred dates aren’t available?
If your preferred dates or resort aren’t available, another option is to browse Confirmed Reservations. These are Disney Vacation Club stays that have already been secured and are available for Guests to rent. They can be especially helpful if you find a reservation that matches your travel dates, resort preferences, and party size.
