We have two different ways to start your journey towards a magical vacation—Check Availability and Price and Browse Confirmed Reservations. If you are undecided and want to compare a few different options, we recommend starting with Check Availability & Price. If you are looking for a rental with availability already reserved, the Browse Confirmed Reservations is for you.
Check Availability and Price Process
Step 1: Check Availability and Price
Our Check Availability Page is updated multiple times daily and also gives you the ability to compare rental offerings by price. Select one or more available villas, and you’re on your way!
Step 2: Submit Your Request and Security Deposit
When you’re ready to move forward with your reservation, simply submit a reservation request form. Then, one of our Reservation Specialists will get to work booking your vacation!
A member of our team will follow up with you to let you know what dates are available. If you would like to be added to our waitlist while we search for reservations that match your request, we will collect a $100 security deposit to hold your place. If we are unable to secure your reservation due to lack of availability, your $100 deposit will be refunded in full.
If you are traveling with multiple families or securing multiple reservations, a $100.00 deposit is due for each reservation.
Step 3: Sign Documents and Submit Initial Payment
Once we’ve confirmed your reservation, you’ll need to submit an initial payment equal to 25% of your total cost (minus your $100 security deposit), and sign your rental agreement.
Your remaining 75% balance is due no later than 75 days prior to your arrival. This balance can be paid in one payment, or spread across several payments. Please note that for reservations made less than 75 days ahead of check-in, full payment is required upfront.
Step 4: Enjoy Your Vacation
That’s all there is to it! You’ve booked a dream Disney vacation for a fraction of the cost you’d incur if you booked directly through Disney.
Confirmed Reservations Process
Step 1: Browse Confirmed Reservations
Confirmed reservations are reservations that have already been secured by a DVC Member and are just waiting on a Guest to reserve them. All reservations include our Stress-Free Cancellation Policy to give you added peace of mind should unforeseeable circumstances interfere with your vacation plans.
Step 2: Select a Listing
When you see a reservation you’d like to secure, simply click on the listing and select the “Request Now” button to begin a simple three-page request form.
Step 3: Submit Request Form
Once the Request Form is submitted, our team will quickly process your request and follow up with you to provide purchasing instructions.
