As a Disney Vacation Club Member, you may occasionally find yourself with more points than you can use. Maybe you have extra obligations this year, or perhaps your lifestyle has changed and you simply don’t need as many points as you used to. No matter your reason, renting your unused DVC points to other Guests is an excellent way to ensure that you’ll still get value out of every point you’ve purchased.
Here at the DVC Rental Store, our goal is to help you get the maximum return on your points, with minimum hassle. We pay more than any other rental service – up to $18 per point – and can match you with a reliable renter as quickly as possible.

How it Works
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of DVC Rental Store. We make it simple and risk-free to rent your DVC points. Our proven process gets you on your way to renting your points quickly.
Step 1: Create a Member Account
Complete our Member Signup Form and log into your newly created account.
Step 2: Sign Documents and Set up Your Dashboard
Within the Account Center, we’ll collect a few pieces of basic contact and payment information from you, including our intermediary agreement and a W-9 form to sign.
Step 3: We get to Work Finding a Guest for Your Reservation
As soon as you’ve added your points to the dashboard, our friendly Member Inventory Management Team will get to work looking for corresponding Guest reservation requests or procure a spec for you to book that match your points. We’ll notify you the moment our team finds a reservation that matches your points or a guest that fulfills your spec reservation.
If we match you to book one of our waitlist requests, you’ll have one hour to book the matching reservation and provide us with the reservation confirmation number. If we match your points with a spec reservation, we’ll send you a notification once we have a guest to fulfill your spec. This offers our members the most flexibility to be able to procure inventory within their lifestyle and availability.
Step 4: Book Your Reservation and Receive 75% Payment Upfront
Within the Account Center, our team will send you a rental agreement [PDF] for you to review and e-sign. After the reservation is booked, we’ll send you 75% of your payment up front, and the latter 25% when the Guest checks in.
And that’s it! No need to keep tabs on availability. No fielding questions from prospective renters. Just a safe, streamlined rental process that puts more money back in your pocket.
