The DVC Rental Store Announces New Policies and Website

The DVC Rental Store is extremely excited to announce new policies effective today, January 11th, 2021.

From this date forward, the DVC Rental Store will be offering a courtesy cancellation policy for every reservation booked, including confirmed reservations. This cancellation policy allows guests to book reservations with an added peace of mind.

The DVC Rental Store has also lowered its initial payment at booking from 50% to 25% to give guest more financial flexibility when planning their next Disney vacation.

These exciting policy changes come with the launch of a new website, which allows easy navigation for guests, including checking availability for reservations right on site.

Cashback Protection Policy offers an added level of flexibility for an additional protection fee. Depending on when you cancel, you can receive a refund directly to your original payment method. The refund amount is determined by how far in advance the cancellation is made and the payment you've already completed. This policy ensures you have the option to get a portion of your money back in cash instead of a credit.

With Standard Booking, our Stress-Free Cancellation Policy is included. This policy issues credits you can use toward a future DVC rental. You can utilize these credits up to two years from the original travel dates. The amount of your credit is based on how far in advance you cancel your reservation and how much you’ve already paid.

120-61 Days	75% of total reservation price*
60-16 Days	50% of total reservation price
15-4 Days	25% of total reservation price
<4 Days	0%

*Of any funds that were paid above the initial payment of 25%
