Originally from Melrose Massachusetts Kerri’s Disney journey started as a child with her love for all things Walt Disney, Wonderful World of Disney and Disney Entertainment. She attended the University of Massachusetts at Boston and was selected to participate in the Disney College Program with the Main St. Bakery and Outdoor Food and Beverage team in The Magic Kingdom. She successfully completed her program knowing she wanted to become a full time Cast Member.
In 2000 she was excited to work alongside the then new Disney Cruise Line team and assisted in welcoming the Disney Magic to the family. She held her role as a Reservationist, Group Coordinator and VIP Coordinator for 2 years before joining the Disney Vacation Club Member Services for 1 year. Learning as much as possible Kerri loved the idea of a Membership for Guests and kept her learnings close at hand. She went on to hold a variety of roles with Disney Group Sales and Services until fate stepped in and one of her dreams was realized. As the 2008 Walt Disney World Ambassador Kerri was selected to represent the more than 65,000 Cast Members around the globe. She participated in many media events, even an NFL Halftime show as well as traveled to Japan to commemorate Tokyo Disneyland’s 25th Anniversary.
Upon completion of her Ambassador year Kerri was selected to join the Disney College Recruiting team as Recruiter, truly rounding out her career from College Program student to Recruiter. She traveled to more 35 states visiting Colleges and Universities seeking out the best of the best for the next generation of Disney Cast. During this time Kerri decided to go back to school and obtain her Real Estate certification. She decided the most logical place to hang her license was of course, The Disney Vacation Club as a Sales Guide. Kerri helped many families see their dreams of vacation ownership with Disney come true. She was part of the opening team of Copper Creek at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, one of her favorite DVC Resort. Her final stint would be on the opening team for Club 33 at The Walt Disney World as a Sales Manager. Today, Kerri successfully completed her 20 magical years with The Walt Disney Company and is now proud to have joined The World of DVC, DVC Rental Store as a Brand Ambassador and Reservation Specialist.
Kerri is a certified Success Coach and resides in Windermere with her family. She loves traveling, especially to Boston and New York City, dancing, theatre, writing and creating webinars to encourage people to find their light and shine bright.
