September 2026: Most In-Demand Resorts for DVC Rentals
With high demand from Guests looking to book their 2027 vacations and increased payouts for select resorts, now is a great time for DVC Members to rent out any points they don’t plan to use!
If you have ever wondered which resorts are most in demand, here’s a look at which DVC resorts have the most guest requests as of September 2026.
What Is an Open Listing?
Open listings are guests’ DVC rental requests that have yet to be fulfilled. These include specific resorts, travel dates, and room types. When you browse the open listings, you can filter the results by resort, number of points, arrival or departure dates, or keyword to best match what you can book with your DVC points.
Which Resorts Are Most Popular?
As of the beginning of September 2026, there are 373 open listings. From this snapshot of listings, here are the top 5 most popular resorts:
5. Saratoga Springs
In fifth place with 28 open listings is Saratoga Springs, which is inspired by horse racing and country retreats in upstate New York from the 1800s. Guests love the relaxing resort for its refurbished rooms and great location near Disney Springs. To get to Disney Springs from Saratoga Springs, you can easily take the Sassagoula River Cruise or even walk from the Congress Park section of the resort. If you plan to enjoy the resort’s amenities, The Turf Club Lounge has recently been renovated, and the Turf Club Bar & Grill is set to reopen later this month after its refurbishment is complete.
At the 7 to 11 month window, Saratoga Springs requests currently have Member payouts of $16 per point.

4. Beach Club
In fourth place with 33 guest requests is the ever popular Beach Club. The Beach Club is best known for its feature pool, Stormalong Bay with its lazy river, sandy bottom, and Flying Jib shipwreck pool slide. The resort has a prime location right near International Gateway, the back entrance to EPCOT, which is convenient for enjoying the park’s many festivals. The Beach Club is also a short boat ride away from Hollywood Studios.
With high guest demand for Beach Club points, DVC Members renting out their Beach Club points currently receive an increased payout of $24 per point at the 7 to 11 month window.
3. Aulani
In third place with 38 guest requests is Aulani, which is located on the beautiful beaches of O’ahu. Aulani blends the traditions of Hawaiian culture with the magic of a Disney Resort to offer guests everything from themed pools, a lazy river, and waterslides to a luau, fireside storytelling, hula dancing, nature tours, and Hawaiian music.
Due to higher demand for stays at Aulani, DVC Members renting out their Aulani points currently receive an increased payout of $20 per point at the 7 to 11 month window.

2. BoardWalk
The BoardWalk is in second place with 43 requests. Sitting along Crescent Lake, the BoardWalk has the same convenient location as the Beach Club. You can easily walk or take a leisurely ride on a Friendship boat to get to EPCOT and Hollywood. While the BoardWalk has similar advantages as the Beach Club, the BoardWalk has a livelier atmosphere with performers along the boardwalk at night, and it will have more entertainment options once The Hurly-Burly opens in October. The BoardWalk is also home to great dining options at Flying Fish, Trattoria al Forno, and the Cake Bake Shop.
Members renting out points for the BoardWalk at the 7 to 11 month window earn $21 per point.
1. Animal Kingdom Villas
At the top of this list is Animal Kingdom Villas with 75 guest requests. Animal Kingdom Villas include Jambo House and Kidani Village. Between the two buildings, guests have access to amazing savanna views, dining fit for foodies at restaurants like Sanaa and Jiko, and unique resort activities like a nighttime safari and meeting with animal keepers. Best of all, no matter which building you stay in, you have access to the amenities at both Jambo House and Kidani Village. Getting from one building to the other is simple; you can take a shuttle bus or go for a shaded 10-minute walk.
Requests for Animal Kingdom Villas have payouts of $19 per point at the 7 to 11 month window.
