You save money when you rent DVC points. DVC stands for Disney Vacation Club, Disney’s timeshare equivalent. DVC members (those who own points with Disney Vacation Club) have points that they rent out for a variety of reasons. By renting DVC points, you pay the owner to use their points for this year. When you use DVC Rental Store as the intermediary, everything stays safe and legal through our rental agreement.
Deluxe Disney Resorts
Disney Vacation Club resorts are all Deluxe Disney Resorts. Disney also has Moderate & Value Disney Resorts. However, when you rent DVC points through DVC Rental Store, you can stay at a Deluxe Resort that is sometimes the same price you would pay cash at a Moderate Disney Resort. Some of the advantages? You are in closer proximity to the parks and you don’t have to pay for overnight parking at the Disney resort.

Not only are you closer to the parks, but you have access to amenities within the Disney Vacation Club Villa that will help save you money. You get a full kitchen, microwave, and dishwasher. For any rooms bigger than a 1 bedroom, you also get a washer and dryer. You can easily re-wash clothing. If you are looking for savings, prepare and eat a meal in your room. We usually have breakfast several times in our room to save time and money.
Transportation for Your Disney Vacation
Magical Express is free and makes it easy to get to and from the Orlando airport at ANY hour of the night, but it will, unfortunately, be retired in 2022. There are numerous other ways to get to your resort, including Mears Bus transportation (the same company that operates Magical Express), Uber, or you can rent a car.
Disney’s bus transportation from the parks and resorts makes transportation easy and you don’t have to pay for parking at the parks when you ride the bus. Depending on which resort you stay at, there are also options to ride the monorail, ferry, or skyliner to get you where you need to go.
