April 7, 2026
By

The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival continues with some small menu updates and a fresh line up of concert performers in bloom. Spring break crowds were largely at the most magical place on earth in March so crowds are potentially lower this month. There are even some good to go days mid April. Here’s a look at more of what’s on the Disney World April 2026 schedule of events. Rides that are currently closed for refurbishment or recently permanently closed are listed below as well.

Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival Runs Through June 1: April Concert Lineup

  • The Epcot Farmer’s Feast booth has a menu that changes. There is an Early Bloom Menu from March 4 to April 5. The Springtime Menu debuts on April 6 and stays until the booth closes on May 10.

Good to Go Days Listed for Mid April

As of the beginning of the month, both Tuesday April 14 and Wednesday April 15 are good to go days at all four parks for Disney World annual passholders. That means a park reservation is not required. This simplifies the process to visit the parks a bit. Remember more reservation free days can be added throughout the month as well.

runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend Events

The next runDisney race weekend is this month from April 16 through the 20. This is the Springtime Surprise weekend and it has events that take place before the parks open for the day. However, there may be some slight delays in the early morning as parts of the road system at Walt Disney World Resort become the race course.

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin Reopens April 8

You may find this attraction open sooner than the official reopening date. Soft openings are common with attraction refurbishments or debuts but not always reliable. If you are there before April 8 and see the ride open on the app, you may want to enjoy it as soon as you can in case it’s only open for a limited time that day.
