A Look at the Refurbished Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas

Guests already love the beautiful villas at Saratoga Springs that were renovated in 2021. Now it’s time for the Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas to undergo their full refurbishment! Let’s take a look at the changes you can look forward to as the first of the renovated treehouse villas become available to guests over the next few months.

New Finishes, Furniture, and Appliances

As part of the full refurbishment, the Treehouse Villas have all new furniture, appliances, fixtures, and textiles. One notable difference from other recent refurbishments is the lack of a Murphy bed. While updated, the sofa bed in the living room is still a sofa bed, though there is a pull-down twin size bed in one of the bedrooms in place of a chair that pulled out to a twin size bed.

The layout of the Treehouse Villa appears largely unchanged except for the master bathroom. Where there was once a tub located within the large shower, there is now just a large walk-in shower.   

More Character Details

One of the best features of this latest refurbishment is the enhanced storytelling from all the character details scattered throughout the Treehouse Villas. Imagineers shared that they were inspired to include characters that they could see living at or visiting the Treehouse Villas. Besides finding characters from The Fox and the Hound and Sleeping Beauty in the artwork and accent pillows, you’ll also find delightful details like Gus Gus from Cinderella carved into the bottom corner of the bunk bed and Bruni from Frozen 2 resting on the leg of a table.  

The Same Rustic Vibe and Spacious Accommodations

Even with their refreshed look, the Treehouse Villas still have the same rustic feel befitting of their more secluded location in the woodlands, and they still offer plenty of space for up to 9 guests. The standalone Treehouse Villas have 3 bedrooms; two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a pull-down twin size bed. Within the living room is a sofa bed for 2 more guests. The Treehouse Villas also have a private deck big enough for everyone to gather and enjoy the outdoors.

Despite their large size, the Treehouse Villas are very economical in terms of point value, ranging from 38 to 76 points per night depending on the date, which is very similar to the point values of a Preferred Two-Bedroom Villa at Saratoga Springs.
