A First Look at Food at Disney Lookout Cay
Disney’s newest island destination for its cruise line, Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, is about to welcome guests starting June 6! Here’s a preview of the Bahamian-inspired food and drinks that guests can enjoy at Lookout Cay.
Food
On Lookout Cay, guests can eat at True-True BBQ, True-True Too BBQ, and Serenity Bay BBQ. Serenity Bay BBQ will be for adults only. These spots will have familiar favorites like grilled BBQ ribs, cheeseburgers, sides, and salads. They will also feature Bahamian-inspired dishes like Bahamian pigeon peas & rice, lime marinated grilled snapper, plant-based island curry, and island spiced rotisserie chicken.
Beverages
Guests can visit several different bars on Lookout Cay for a refreshing beverage. There’s Mangroves and Go, Blue Hole Bar, Bow and Ribbon Bar, Watering Hole, Reef and Wreck Bar, and Sandsational Smoothies. They’ll serve classic cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages along with some specialty beverages with locally sourced ingredients.
Don’t miss the Disney Lookout Cay signature cocktail, the Eleuthera Euphoria, which has premium-aged rum, pineapple smoothie mix, and Dole Whip. Other specialty drinks include:
- Bahama Brew with cold brew coffee, Hawaiian island syrup, cold brew, and coconut flavored soft whip topping
- Butterfly Switcha mocktail with lemonade, butterfly pea jasmine green tea, and a sprinkle of edible blue glitter
Sustainability Efforts
Disney Lookout Cay is being built with sustainability as a focus, and Disney Cruise Line is committed to sending no waste to landfill. These efforts extend to the food and beverage service with reusable utensils, plates, and cups at each of the dining locations and bars.
