Disney Cruise Line has revealed the Disney Believe, its newest ship setting sail in December 2027. With brand-new entertainment, immersive dining experiences and plenty of familiar Disney favorites, there’s a lot for cruise fans to look forward to.

Disney Believe: A New Ship Inspired by Promise & Possibility
The Disney Believe is the newest addition to the Disney Cruise Line fleet, joining its sister ships, the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.
Inspired by stories of promise and possibility, the ship will celebrate beloved characters and films including Moana, Frozen, Encanto, Zootopia and more.
The ship will accommodate approximately 4,000 passengers across 15 passenger decks, with spaces designed for families, adults and Disney fans of all ages.
One of the first things guests will encounter is the beautiful Grand Hall, inspired by Moana. The space will feature ocean-inspired details, a stunning chandelier and a statue of Moana alongside Pua and Heihei.
What’s Coming to the Disney Believe?
From Broadway-style shows to themed restaurants, the Disney Believe will introduce several new experiences alongside returning Disney Cruise Line favorites.
New Disney Entertainment
One of the biggest announcements is Disney Encanto, the first-ever stage adaptation of the popular animated film. The show will bring Mirabel and the Madrigal family to life through music, storytelling and Disney Cruise Line’s signature theatrical magic.
Guests can also look forward to Disney’s Tangled: The Musical, featuring an updated scenic design, and Gazelle, a new Zootopia-themed entertainment experience featuring Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde.
A Frozen-Inspired Dining Experience
Dining is part of the adventure on a Disney cruise, and the Disney Believe is introducing a brand-new restaurant!
Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast will transport guests into the world of Arendelle for a theatrical dining experience inspired by Frozen. Expect Nordic-inspired cuisine, familiar characters and plenty of music.
The ship will also feature Worlds of Marvel, where guests can enjoy a superhero-themed dining experience starring Groot and other Marvel favorites.
Themed Lounges and Sweet Treats
There will be plenty of new places to explore between activities, including:
- Wishing Well: A lounge inspired by Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
- Sea Notes: A piano lounge inspired by Ariel’s grotto from The Little Mermaid.
- Skygazers: An observatory-inspired pub with celestial details and Disney references.
- Inside Out: Joyful Sweets: A colorful dessert shop featuring characters from Inside Out and Inside Out 2.
Returning favorites will include the Haunted Mansion Parlor and AquaMouse, Disney Cruise Line’s water attraction at sea.
What Are the Staterooms Like?
The Disney Believe will offer a variety of accommodations, including inside, oceanview, verandah and concierge staterooms.
Rooms will feature artwork inspired by Disney and Pixar stories such as Moana, Coco, Inside Out, The Lion King and Zootopia.
Families can also look forward to practical features, including extra storage, connecting stateroom options and split bathrooms in most accommodations.
For those looking for something extra special, the ship will offer concierge accommodations, including the Believe Tower Suite.
Where Will the Disney Believe Sail?
The Disney Believe will begin sailing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on December 18, 2027, with a five-night maiden voyage to The Bahamas.
During its inaugural season, the ship will offer four- and five-night itineraries through spring 2028.

When Can You Book the Disney Believe?
Reservations for the Disney Believe’s inaugural season will open in October 2026, with early booking opportunities for eligible Castaway Club members and other qualifying guests.
Bookings open to the general public on October 19, 2026.
Disney Vacation Club Members are also eligible for an early booking opportunity beginning October 15, 2026, with phone reservations required during that early-booking phase.
