Thea Parker

Thea Parker joined the DVC Rental Store team in January 2026.

She brings a background in Human Resources and customer service, with a passion for building genuine connections and helping others. Outside of work, she is a Disney Vacation Club member and lifelong Disney fan who enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring new (and aesthetically pleasing) coffee shops.

She is married to her husband of three years and is a proud mom to her 7 year-old son, her favorite Disney sidekick. Her favorite Disney memory is her first trip as a Disney Vacation Club member, sitting on the balcony with her family at Disney’s Riviera Resort while watching the EPCOT fireworks. She also enjoys spending time at Disney Vacation Club resorts and exploring all they have to offer.

Cashback Protection Policy offers an added level of flexibility for an additional protection fee. Depending on when you cancel, you can receive a refund directly to your original payment method. The refund amount is determined by how far in advance the cancellation is made and the payment you've already completed. This policy ensures you have the option to get a portion of your money back in cash instead of a credit.

With Standard Booking, our Stress-Free Cancellation Policy is included. This policy issues credits you can use toward a future DVC rental. You can utilize these credits up to two years from the original travel dates. The amount of your credit is based on how far in advance you cancel your reservation and how much you’ve already paid.
