Natalie has been a part of the DVC Rental Store team since January 2020 and comes from a background in customer service.

She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish. Natalie was born and raised in Seattle, WA, but currently resides in Michigan. She is a proud Auntie to five nieces and nephews.

Since she was a child, Natalie has had a love for everything Disney. Disney movies and cartoons always brought her siblings together, and Natalie proudly claims that she will win any competition around Disney movie knowledge.
