Heather Brown

Heather joined the DVC Rental Store in November 2021 and comes from a background in customer service.

Heather graduated from Keiser University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Service Administration.

She is a Florida native and resides just a few miles outside the gates of The Walt Disney World Resort with her daughter and fur babies. Growing up in Florida, Disney has always been a big part of her life. She is a former Cast Member and made magic for her guests at the Disney Reservation Center.

Heather loves traveling, cats, and coffee.

Heather has so many amazing Disney memories. Her favorite memories now are seeing the joy and happiness through her daughter and nephew’s eyes and creating those everlasting memories with them.

With Standard Booking, our Stress-Free Cancellation Policy is included. This policy issues credits you can use toward a future DVC rental. You can utilize these credits up to two years from the original travel dates. The amount of your credit is based on how far in advance you cancel your reservation and how much you’ve already paid.
