Brian is a South Florida native and received an Accounting degree from Florida State University. Brian began his professional career as an auditor with KPMG in their Los Angeles and Fort Lauderdale offices. After graduating from Columbia Business School, Brian joined KPMG’s real estate and hospitality consulting practice in Miami, serving as one of KPMG’s senior real estate and hospitality resources supporting clients in the valuation, development, acquisition, investment, disposition, workout, repositioning and underwriting of over $3 billion of hospitality, commercial and residential real estate properties and portfolios.
Brian has spent the last 25 years serving in financial leadership roles in public and private equity-sponsored vacation ownership companies, including serving as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis at Hilton Grand Vacations for over 10 years, supporting HGV’s spin-off from Hilton Worldwide and helping HGV more than triple its EBITDA and return on invested capital and double its market share during his tenure. Brian most recently served as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations at Diamond Resorts.
Brian and his wife Ellen recently relocated to the Indianapolis area and are excited to experience Hoosier hospitality. Brian is a girl dad and he and Ellen have raised three Wisconsin Badgers – Tessa, Lanie, and Natalie. Brian is a big movie buff and a devoted fan of all Florida State University athletics.
