Happily Ever After Is Back!
The Happily Ever After fireworks show returns to Walt Disney World on April 3rd, 2023! The show, which remains extremely popular with Disney fans, was originally suspended due to the pandemic. It was then replaced in late 2021 by Enchantment as part of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. Guests can look forward to seeing the show return to its rightful place in just a few short months!
This exciting announcement was initially made as part of the 2022 D23 Expo presentation, “Boundless Future: Disney Parks, Experiences and Products.” The news included a special live performance of Happily Ever After featuring singer-songwriter Jordan Fisher.
Happily Ever After Returns!
Cast Members were recently treated to a special preview performance of the new Happily Ever After, ahead of its return on April 3rd!
Happily Ever After returns to Magic Kingdom with all-new projections that run down Main Street, U.S.A. Castle projections, lights, lasers, and more have also seen significant upgrades throughout the show.

Happily Ever After is a must-see for any guest visiting Walt Disney World. The show is presented most evenings at park closing, with the first official performance being Monday – April 3rd, at 9 pm. The spectacular display of fireworks, lasers, and music is sure to leave guests with a magical conclusion to their day at the Magic Kingdom.
