NEW Dessert Parties, Dinner Packages, and More Celebrate Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary
There’s no better way to end a day at the most magical place on earth than with fireworks and some sweet treats! Disney Parks Blog has shared some delicious new dessert parties and dining experiences just in time to celebrate Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary. Let’s take a look at some of these amazing new opportunities that provide a wonderful ending to the perfect Disney day!
Celebration at the Top: 50th Flavors and Fireworks at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Head to the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort and enjoy a sophisticated evening of food and fun located in the Sonoma and Napa Rooms at California Grill. Guests will sample a variety of specialty drinks, sushi, and small plates inspired by the resort’s original opening in 1971. Then, step outside onto the observation deck to enjoy the all-new Disney Enchantment fireworks at Magic Kingdom. The night concludes with dessert, cordials, and coffee.
Celebration at the Top: 50th Flavors & Fireworks at Disney’s Contemporary Resort begins October 2nd and is $129 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are available beginning September 17th, 2021.
Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties: Disney Enchantment
Returning to Magic Kingdom in time for Disney Enchantment are three dessert party options at the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant! Each event includes a reserved viewing area to enjoy the fireworks, as well as a variety of 50th anniversary-themed desserts, including chocolate-dipped strawberries, butterscotch pudding, and much more. A variety of cheeses and beverages, including beer and wine, are also included.
The Disney Enchantment Pre-Party includes access to the dessert party before Disney Enchantment and reserved fireworks viewing in one of the plaza gardens. Admission is $99 per adult (ages 10 and up); $59 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included.
Disney Enchantment Treats & Seats will provide the same amazing dessert options but includes a dedicated reserved seat at Tomorrowland Terrace for the fireworks. Admission is $114 per adult (ages 10 and up); $69 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included.
The Disney Enchantment After-Party includes reserved fireworks viewing in one of the plaza gardens, followed by a visit to Tomorrowland Terrace to enjoy desserts, drinks, and more. Admission is $99 per adult (ages 10 and up); $59 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included
All three Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties begin October 3rd. Reservations are available beginning September 17th, 2021.
Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise
Enjoy the magic of Disney Enchantment and the final days of Happily Ever After from Seven Seas Lagoon as part of the Ferrytale Fireworks Dessert Cruise!
Once you set sail from the Transportation and Ticket Center, guests can enjoy a variety of bite-size desserts, including build-your-own mousse, key lime tarts, cupcakes, and specialty beverages with and without alcohol.
Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise begins September 18th. Admission is $99 for adults and $69 for children ages 3 to 9 (tax and gratuity included) and even includes a special takeaway surprise. Reservations are available now.
Harmonious Fireworks Dining Packages
EPCOT is also set to debut its newest fireworks spectacular, Harmonious, on October 1st as part of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary! If you are looking for dinner and a show, two World Showcase restaurants offer pre-fixe fireworks dining packages with an amazing view.
Dine on the patio of the Rose & Crown Dining Room and enjoy classic British fare while you watch Harmonious. This package features a prix-fixe menu, including one appetizer, entrée, dessert platter, and unlimited beverages. The Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package costs $89 for adults and $39 for children ages 3 to 9 (tax and gratuity included).
Feeling like something a bit more the Mediterranean? Spice Road Table is also offering a dining package in its outdoor seating area. This package includes two small plates, a dessert platter, and unlimited beverages. The Spice Road Table Fireworks Dining Package costs $72 for adults and $31 for children ages 3 to 9 (tax and gratuity included).
Both dining experiences debut on October 1st, with reservations available beginning September 23rd, 2021.
