Halloween Fun at the Grand Californian and Villas at Disneyland Hotel
It may be just the start of summer, but Disneyland is already announcing some of its spooktacular plans for the Halloween season. If you’re visiting Disneyland this summer or fall and looking for some fun that doesn’t require a park ticket, here are the frightful delights you can look forward to at Disneyland Hotel and the Grand Californian from August 21 through October 31, 2026!
Halloween Decorations
The hotels at Disneyland Resort will be extra boo-tiful with halloween decor. Visit the Grand Californian and Disneyland Hotel to see their special confection displays. Disney Parks Blog has shared that Disneyland Hotel’s decor this year is inspired by the Haunted Mansion.
Spooktacular Dining
If you’re looking for more treats than tricks, don’t miss the special character dining for Halloween. At Disneyland Hotel, join Goofy, Minnie, Pluto, Chip, and Dale for Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates Halloween. This character dining buffet is available for breakfast, brunch, and dinner, and Goofy and his pals are all dressed up in their Halloween costumes.
At Storytellers Cafe at the Grand Californian, enjoy Mickey’s Autumn Adventures for a breakfast and brunch buffet with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, and Chip and Dale in their fall attire or Clarabelle’s Enchanted Halloween Dinner buffet with Clarabelle, Pluto, Goofy, Donald, and Daisy in their Halloween outfits.
Reservations for Halloween character dining will be available on the Disneyland website or Disneyland app later this summer.
For a wicked nightcap, visit the Sleeping Beauty-inspired Broken Spell Lounge at Disneyland Hotel. Adults can sip on cocktails from the Halloween-themed menu.
