April 22, 2024

Summer is just around the corner, and there are some new experiences coming to Walt Disney World!  From new shows and attractions to character meet and greets, here’s what you can look forward to at Disney World in summer 2024!

We’re almost there!  While no specific date has been announced yet, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is scheduled to open this summer, and ride testing is well underway.  The new attraction is in Frontierland at the former location of Splash Mountain.  The attraction follows Tiana’s story after “The Princess and the Frog.”  In Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, she is throwing a party during Mardi Gras to thank her friends and family for supporting her in making her dreams come true.  The ride still retains Splash Mountain’s thrilling 50-foot drop, and it will feature new animatronics and new original music.

CommuniCore Hall will host future EPCOT festivals and celebrations and provide a space for guests to relax indoors.  It will also be home to the new character greeting location for Mickey and his pals.
