Best Snack Spots at Disney World

February 12, 2024
By

For some people, the snacks are just as important as the rides when it comes to having a great day in the Disney World theme parks!  Here are some spots to visit for a tasty treat the next time you are in the parks.

Magic Kingdom

Big Top Souvenirs

The first place that may come to mind for snacks at the Magic Kingdom may be Main Street Confectionery.  However, if you want to find sweet treats with less of a crowd, head to Fantasyland for Big Top Souvenirs.  Here you’ll find souvenirs along with an assortment of cookies, cupcakes, rice cereal treats, marshmallow wands, and candy apples similar to what you would find at Main Street Confectionery.  In addition, you can find some Werther’s Original caramel treats that are typically in Karamell Küche in EPCOT, such as caramel popcorn and the decadent caramel butter bar.

EPCOT

There are so many great snack options in EPCOT, especially with the constant festivals, but one place that never disappoints is Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie in the France Pavilion.  Craving something sweet?  Try the napoleon, macarons, or chocolate mousse.  Prefer something savory?  Get the lobster bisque in a bread bowl or the cheese plate.  It’s also the perfect spot for a light breakfast or lunch.  No matter what you choose, c’est délicieux!

Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios isn’t typically known for its eateries, but one spot that may get overlooked when it comes to snacks is BaseLine Tap House.  While best known for its craft beers, BaseLine Tap House also has some notable small plates that can make for good snacks.  There’s a very large Bavarian pretzel with beer-cheese fondue and spicy mustard, a California cheese and charcuterie plate, and a coffee-rubbed rib-eye beef puff.

Animal Kingdom

Speaking of small plates as snacks, the Nomad Lounge is the perfect relaxing spot to visit for a drink and a light bite in Animal Kingdom.  The menu takes inspiration from around the world.  You’ll find offerings such as mushroom bao buns, a tuna poke bowl, and chicken satay.  It’s also home to some of the best churros on property, and they happen to be gluten-free!
