Tours to Consider for Your Next Disney Trip

March 17, 2023

Seasoned Walt Disney World guests may feel like they’ve seen and done it all.  However, guided tours can offer a whole new perspective on the theme parks!  Here are a few tours you may want to book for your next vacation.

Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom

A memento from Disney’s Keys to the Kingdom Tour

If you love learning about Disney history or the hidden details that Imagineers incorporated into the Magic Kingdom, this tour is for you!  The 5-hour walking tour explores the history of the theme park and takes you to some of its backstage areas, including the infamous Utilidor tunnels.  It also includes lunch at a quick service restaurant.  Note that eligible DVC members and Annual Passholders receive a 15% discount on this tour.

Savor the Savanna

If your trips are all about the food, Savor the Savanna is a great way to enjoy the flavors of Africa!  This tour includes a private safari in the Animal Kingdom’s Harambe Wildlife Reserve plus African-inspired tapas and beverages.  Your guide will teach you about the incredible animals that you will get to observe from a private viewing area.

Behind the Seeds

If no visit to EPCOT is complete without a ride on Living with the Land, you’ll love the Behind the Seeds tour.  The one-hour tour takes you backstage as you explore the 4 greenhouses and the fish farm in the Land Pavilion.  You’ll learn about the various crops, fish, and plant-growing techniques.

Disney Private VIP Tours

For guests who want to pack in as many of their favorite attractions as possible into one day, Disney Private VIP Tours may be the way to go.  With these tours, a group of up to 10 guests can choose the parks and attractions that they would like to visit, and a VIP Tour Guide will help customize their experience and even pick them up from their Disney resort.  Tours are a minimum of 7 hours.  If you book a VIP tour through the DVC Rental Store, you can save up to $500!

Tours are a fun way to change things up on your next trip!  You’ll walk away with a newfound appreciation for all that Walt Disney World has to offer.
