runDisney 2025 Marathon Weekend Details
The 2025 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend will take place from January 8th to 12th, 2025. This marks the 20th anniversary of Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge, and the Dopey Challenge!
The Walt Disney World Marathon
Sunday, January 12th, 2025
With a traditional route that takes runners through all four theme parks, this year’s marathon includes a throwback feel with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse guiding you through the courses 26.2 miles.
The Walt Disney World Half Marathon
Saturday January 11th, 2025
Half the distance, but all the fun. Take on the 13.1 miles with Donald Duck and Daisy Duck.
The Walt Disney World 10K
Friday January 10th, 2025
Joining Chip ‘n Dale on a 6.2 mile course throughout Walt Disney World.

Thursday January 9th, 2025
The 5K brings the fun for the whole family as Pluto takes you through 3.1 miles around EPCOT.
The Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge
For those looking for an extra dash of endurance, the Goofy Challenge combines the Half Marathon and the Full Marathon, totaling 39.3 miles.
The Dopey Challenge
The ultimate test for the avid runner, the Dopey Challenge covers 48.6 miles and conquers all four theme parks over four days. Runners will embody the resilience, determination, and daring spirit of the legendary seven dwarfs as they take on this regal odyssey.
