You can even get Key Lime Mickey waffles at Wind & Waves Grill, which is the resort’s table service restaurant. Similar to other DVC resorts, Vero Beach also hosts Movies Under the Stars. You can catch beloved Disney films out on the Croquet Lawn.
Sea Turtle Conservation
With the resort located on the nesting grounds of the loggerhead sea turtle, Disney specifically designed the resort to reduce any impact on their nesting patterns. If you head to the beach in the morning, watch the Disney Conservation Team Wildlife caring for the turtles. During the summertime, you may see the hatchling sea turtles emerging from their nests! DVC also offers the Sea Turtle Night Walk. During this experience, a specialist will guide you to a nesting turtle, so you can see the nesting experience up close with night-vision goggles.
The Spa at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort
If some pampering is in order, visit the Spa at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Offerings include massages, facials, or beauty treatment. The spa features eco-friendly products and vegan and paraben-free nail products.
Three Bedroom Beach Cottages
In lieu of the usual Three Bedroom Grand Villas that you will find at other DVC resorts, Vero Beach features Three Bedroom Beach Cottages. These 2,128 square foot oceanfront cottages have two floors and accommodate up to 12 guests.
Low Points Chart
As one of the older DVC resorts, Vero Beach has a very reasonable points chart. Getaways start as low as 10 points a night for a Deluxe Inn Room Standard View in September, October, or November! Deluxe Inn Rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests.
