Is Disney’s Magical Express service available?

Yes. If you know the airline and flight numbers, you can book the Magical Express through us up to 45 days prior to arrival. If you do not know the information at the time we book your reservation, you can provide that to us at a later date and we will arrange it with Member Services.

What is Disney’s Magical Express Service?

Complimentary motorcoach transportation and luggage transfer services from Orlando International Airport to select Walt Disney World Resort hotels and back for passengers of all Orlando air carriers.

Travel time is approximately 45 to 75 minutes. Motorcoaches may make multiple stops before arriving at your Disney Vacation Club villa.

Luggage delivery service is available for flights arriving between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect their luggage at Baggage Claim and transport it with them on the motorcoach.

Where is the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center at Orlando International Airport?

Main Terminal Building, B side, Level 1.

Guests arriving on the A side of the airport should proceed to the B side before taking the elevator or escalator down to Level 1.

Whom do I contact to have my flight information added to my DVC reservation?

Please submit your flight information to your DVC Rental Store travel advisor using our Disney’s Magical Express Flight Information Form. You may add the information to your reservation up until 10 days prior to arrival but 45 days is suggested so that there will be time for you to receive your luggage tags directly from Disney.

What if I did not receive my Disney’s Magical Express Service information, including vouchers and luggage tags, prior to leaving home?

This will pose no problems at all. Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, proceed directly to Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center where transfer vouchers will be provided. For Guests with flights arriving between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Disney will obtain your information and airline luggage claim tickets, collect your luggage and deliver it to your room at your Resort hotel. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect their luggage at baggage claim and transport it with them on the motorcoach.

As an international traveler, do I have to claim my luggage?

If the Orlando International Airport is your first point of entry into the United States, please follow the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process and claim your luggage upon disembarking the airplane. Once you have completed this process you will give your luggage back to the airport officials and proceed to the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center on B side, Level 1. Disney’s Magical Express service will recollect your luggage and deliver it directly to your Walt Disney World hotel room within 4 hours after you check in at the resort. For international Guests arriving after 10:00 p.m., please retain your luggage with you or pick it up in the baggage claim area and then proceed to the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center. Your luggage will accompany you on the motorcoach.

If you have already completed the U.S. Customs & Border Protection process in another U.S. city, proceed directly to the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center on B side, Level 1. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., collect your luggage for transport on the motorcoach.

When will my luggage be delivered to my villa at my resort?

For Guests arriving on flights between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., it may take up to 3 hours after your check-in at your Disney Resort hotel. You do not need to be in your room to receive your luggage. Please pack any valuables, medications or anything you need immediately upon your arrival in Orlando in a carry-on bag. For airport arrivals after 10:00 p.m., Guests must collect luggage for transport on the motorcoach.

On my day of departure, how will I know what time a motorcoach will pick me up at my Resort hotel to return to Orlando International Airport?

The day before you check out, you will receive a transportation notice advising you of your motorcoach pick-up time, which will be approximately 3 hours prior to your flight departure time for domestic flights and 4 hours prior for international flights. You are responsible for bringing your luggage to the motorcoach pick-up location.

Are car seats and pets permitted on the Disney Magical Express motorcoaches?

No. Car seats must be stowed underneath the motorcoach. (Children can sit on an adult’s lap or occupy their own seat.)

And while service animals may travel on the motorcoach with their owners, no other pets are permitted.
