This Electronic Agreement is made (Month/Day/Year) by and between _________(“Renter”) and the DVC Rental Store with the following Terms and Conditions:
a) Renter may cancel the reservation listed below for any reason.
b) Alterations to the reservation (lead guest change, change of travel dates, villa category change, resort change) are treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and are subject to all conditions of a PPP cancellation. Should a new reservation be secured, the reservation will be treated as a new and separate reservation which will have no tie to the original DVC Renting Member or the original Rental Agreement.
c) Upon Cancellation, reimbursement will be made according to the Cancellation Tier Schedule below.
d) PPP coverage extends ONLY to the Travel Plan set forth by the Reservation Number shown below.
e) PPP coverage extends ONLY to the cost of Renter’s accommodations as set forth below.
f) The cost (Premium) to purchase your PPP is not refundable.
g) No refunds to Renter will be made if a cancellation request is received within 3 days of check-in. Renter will receive no refund for any reason, including but not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms or acts of terrorism should these occurrences require the Renter to cancel their reservation inside of 3 days before their check-in date regardless of any overtures or allowances that the Walt Disney Company might make for Renter’s renting DVC member or other guests. Renter should consider adding traditional travel insurance if coverage is desired in the 0-3 day window tier.
Any cost above and beyond the cost of Renter’s accommodations as set forth below are excluded from reimbursement. Excluded costs include, but are not limited to:
a) Airline Tickets and/or fees
b) Ticket Media
d) Transportation Service (Town Car, Rental Car, Etc)
e) Disney Dining Plan Costs with cancellation inside of 7 days of check-in (see below).
a) Renter must contact their DVC Rental Store Travel Advisor, _________(Travel Advisor) via email (TravelAdvisor’sName@dvcrentalstore.com) to initiate the cancellation process. Renter should not assume that the Intent to Cancel notification was received by the DVC Rental Store until and unless confirmation of receipt is sent by the DVC Rental Store and received by Renter. The Email Time Stamp will determine the time of receipt by the DVC Rental Store.
DVC Rental Store
a) Confirm to Renter receipt of Intent to Cancel email.
b) Inform Renter of refund amount according to Email Receipt Time Stamp and Cancellation Tier Schedule shown below.
c) Issue refund via DVC Rental Store company check no later than 21 days of receipt of Intent to Cancel notification.
d) DVC Rental Store company check will be made payable to the Lead Guest of record on reservation listed above. The DVC Rental Store is unable to send split payment checks to different members of the travel party.
Disney Dining Plan
A dining plan can be refunded in the event that your cancellation request is received no later than 11:59 PM EST, 7 days prior to your check-in date. Your renting member must be contacted and given ample time to cancel your dining plan. The DVC Rental Store will make every effort to cancel your dining plan and issue a refund if you notify us that you can not travel inside of 7 days of your check-in date, however, we can not guarantee the cancellation and refund.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Indiana, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute under this agreement shall have venue in the courts of Marion County, Indianapolis, Indiana. If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
The terms of this agreement do not supersede or cancel in whole or in part any terms and/or conditions that are set forth in the separately and previously issued Rental Agreement for this reservation. If any part of the terms and conditions of this Point Protection Plan is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed separate from the Rental Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the provisions set forth in the Rental Agreement.
