Mallory is a senior at John Carroll University majoring in Communications. She has been to Walt Disney World every single year since she was 13 years old. Traveling is her passion and Walt Disney World is her favorite vacation destination. Collecting pins and enjoying a Mickey bar in the parks are among her favorite activities. Lisa honeymooned with her husband Jeff at Disney over 15 years ago and took one of the first voyages on the Disney Magic! She has since traveled to Disney with young children, teenagers and various aged adult family members, so she knows what it is like to accommodate differing needs. She’s enjoyed all levels of accommodations while staying on property and has a vast knowledge of itinerary planning. She is the go-to-person for anyone she knows who is planning a Disney trip! Melissa and her family, including her husband and two children are lucky enough to leave within earshot of the nightly fireworks at Walt Disney World. Being so close to Disney allows her to visit WDW often, particularly for special events. Melissa and her family started vacationing at Walt Disney World in 2008 and they continued to make yearly trips until relocating to Florida from the Midwest in 2012. Outside of playing at Walt Disney World, Melissa stays busy with work, shuttling children between cross country, baseball and ballet, picking up her camera as often as possible and now preparing for their newest addition arriving in December 2014.

When she isn’t exploring Walt Disney World, she works full-time in aiding individuals with treatment and recovery from substance abuse and mental health disorders. Maria feels most at home at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside, loves Typhoon Lagoon, and rides Expedition Everest at least three times in a row.

Lauren is one of the DVC Rental Store’s fabulous Travel Advisors. She is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, but is also versed in all things Disney from firsthand experience, having visited Walt Disney World more times than she can count.
